Consultancy Services are provided and guided by the Data Protection Act for all Consultancies which are conducted by our Consultancy. The Law which regulated our business operation inclusive of privacy issues are strictly the Laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Where Consultancy Services are provided for territories outside the jurisdiction of Ghana, the applicable law and the legal regime which would apply to privacy rights and data protection shall be determined by our Consultancy, Request Party and the Country most connected to the provision of such Consultancy services.
The Consultancy and processing of data unless otherwise expressly stated inwriting signed by the Consultancy in under any Consultancy is the Law of the Republic of Ghana where our Consultancy is incorporated.
The Privacy Page is a standard design associated with the website development tool used for the development of this website.
