CONSULTANCY FEES & CHARGES

The fee depends on whether the client seeks the services of the Consultancy to develop the EOI alone or to assist it the development or review of the clients plan and the development of the EOI

Project costing depends on the scope of the Technology Project for which the Consultancy sole or in joint venture with other technology Consultancies is bidding and the related Administrative and other costs.

Depends on the scope of the EOI, RFP, Sole Sourcing and direct engagement for which such support personnel are required.

Depends on the nature of the workshop and identified stakeholders, the scope of the Workshop Presentations, the mode of stakeholder engagement, venue and other related matters.

• Consulting costing depends on the scope of the Technology Consultancy required for which the Consultancy sole or in joint venture with other technology Consultancies is directly approached and engaged and the related Administrative and other costs.

• Depends on the nature of the Change Management and identified stakeholders within the change management design, the scope of the Materials for development & Presentations, the duration of the Change Management Consulting Service and other related matters.

• Depends on the stage at which the new technology is situation. fluid, capable of convergent application, developing global trends and risk assessment Posture of Regulators, maturity or otherwise of the legal framework, predictability and certainty of legal framework and Regulators and stages of sandbox available to client and other related matters.
